Today, the Huawei Developer Conference 2025 (HDC.2025) was held in Songshan Lake, China, bringing a technological feast to developers worldwide and helping to usher in a bright new future for the HarmonyOS ecosystem. At the conference, a robot from Wuhu, Anhui, captivated attendees. Leveraging advanced large language model technology, it accurately understands human natural language commands and efficiently completes complex handling tasks, demonstrating the enormous potential of embodied intelligence in robotics.
This voice-interactive intelligent sorting workstation, developed by EFORT Intelligent Robot Co., Ltd. At HDC.2025, Huawei Executive Director and Huawei Cloud CEO Zhang Pingan prominently announced the “Al Pioneer in Industries” strategic direction, emphasizing the deep implementation of large-scale model technology in key industries such as manufacturing, power generation, and government. As a key support for this strategy, Huawei Cloud launched the CloudRobo embodied intelligence platform. The absence of the “T” in CloudRobo signifies Huawei’s role as an enabling partner in the robotics field, while the “T” representing the terminal will be left to robot manufacturers.
As a key demonstration case of “Al Pioneer in Industries,” EFORT robots leverage CloudRobo’s powerful cloud platform capabilities to improve path planning and task generalization. They will also enable rapid adaptation and deployment for industrial manufacturing tasks such as spray painting, significantly enhancing the flexibility and generalization of industrial production.
